ONGOING CREATIVE MENTORSHIP / GUIDANCE

Receive continuous professional feedback and direction to keep your creative projects aligned, consistent, and evolving. This consulting service offers flexible mentorship for independent artists managing their own design and branding initiatives.

• Monthly one-hour Zoom consultation for strategy and feedback
• Unlimited email support for ongoing questions and idea review
• Expert insight on design concepts, branding choices, and creative direction
• Professional recommendations for next steps, visual alignment, and execution
• Creative problem-solving guidance for upcoming campaigns or releases
Deliverables:
Tailored mentorship plan, written follow-up notes, and ongoing accountability to maintain artistic consistency month after month.

Provided on a rolling monthly basis.
CREATIVE DIRECTION - $1,200
Develop a cohesive, elevated visual brand that authentically represents your artistry. This full-scope service combines vision development, design execution, and hands-on direction to bring your creative identity to life across all platforms.
What’s Included:
• Initial Brand Identity Exploration – a collaborative session to define overall vision and direction
• Comprehensive visual strategy outlining tone, palette, and audience positioning
• Custom color palette and typography selection
• Logo and symbol creation
• Aesthetic mood board and brand personality framework
• Creative implementation support including photoshoot direction, album and single artwork design, music-video concept input, stage and performance styling, social-media visual strategy, and merch coordination
Deliverables:
A fully developed visual identity and brand ecosystem with cohesive creative assets across digital and physical platforms.
Timeline:
Approximately 3–6 weeks (dependent on asset delivery and client feedback).

Payments are handled upfront. PayPal Pay-in-4 – which lets you split the total into four installments paid every other week – is available upon request.
Hourly Projects – $100 deposit before work begins; balance due upon completion.
Flat-Rate Projects – 50% upfront & 50% due on final delivery.

2 weeks faster → +25%
1 week faster → +50%
< 1 week → Not guaranteed; if accepted, +75–100%
Late Fees
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the issue date will incur a 15% late fee per 30-day period until payment is received in full.
Termination Fees
If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to that point, plus a minimum 25% kill fee of the total project cost. Kill fees compensate for time reserved, administrative setup, and opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.
